For one-off session :
You can reschedule your booking by logging into the Client self service portal at http://helperoo.me .
You are not allowed to reschedule the booking via the self service portal with less than 48 hours advance notice.
For recurring sessions :
You are not allowed to reschedule the booking via the self service portal.

Do reach out to us through one of the following channels should you need to reschedule your booking with less than 48 hours advance notice or if you are a recurring customer :
1. Submit a request ticket through the "Support/FAQ" page.
2. Email to support@helperoo.com.sg from your registered email with Helperoo stating your request.
3. Whatsapp your request to +65 31385115.
4. Livechat with our agent by clicking on the livechat widget at the bottom right of your screen on our homepage.
*Rescheduling charges may apply for rescheduling of booking with less than 48 hours advance notice.
